Kim is the Founder and Managing Broker for Team Harlington. Kim brings over 30 years of negotiating and consulting as an attorney and then in real estate sales, marketing and consulting to every client relationship. Her early career as a litigation…attorney makes her a strong and experienced negotiator. She holds numerous designations including attorney and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. She has received numerous awards, including Seattle’s Best in Client Satisfaction for over 8 years running, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury certification, Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society, and Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, recognizing her as among the best in the entire Coldwell Banker network of over 92,000 agents. Kim lives, works, and volunteers in the Lake Tapps community: she is President of the Tapps Island HOA, and has served on many boards including the Auburn Library. She has trained over 25 brand new agents, and for the last three years one of her trainees has won the Rookie of the Year. She is still an active member of the Washington State Bar Association, though nowadays she puts her skills to use helping her real estate clients. Kim is licensed in both Washington and Arizona. She specializes in residential waterfront and luxury homes on Lake Tapps and in the surrounding communities. She loves to travel, hike, ski, & watersports. and her two pugs: Booboo and Bear. Memorable trips include Colombia, Cuba, the Yucatan peninsula and Alaska.
